Simple Pricing (we are closed to new patients)

By paying a fixed, affordable monthly fee we can provide you with the high quality primary care you need when you need it. Your monthly fee covers primary care services as outlined above. We recommend but don’t require our members to obtain health insurance to cover unexpected and more expensive healthcare needs. For more on health insurance, click here.
